CAMPING INFORMATION

*All information below is subject to change at any time, but we do try to keep this page updated!

A FEW IMPORTANT NOTES...

No pets - except in camping Lot A, in air conditioned RVs. Pets may not leave your campsite.
NO PIT BIKES THIS WEEKEND. No golf carts, ATVs, scooters or anything motorized.
Ticket gates accept cash only. Amateur registration also accepts Visa & Mastercard.
No weapons (MI state law prohibits firearms at sporting events).
No glass containers, but you are welcome to bring coolers, food and beverages.

ALL CAMPERS MUST USE GATE C ON REDBUD TRAIL. YOU CANNOT ACCESS CAMPING LOTS FROM GATE D ON MAIN STREET SATURDAY. Camping and parking lots are separated. If you don't buy a camping sticker at the gate, you will be parked in a daily parking lot that must be emptied that night.

There are no electric, water or sewer hookups. However, a sewage pump truck and a clean water fill truck will be servicing the camping areas throughout the weekend. (These are independent service providers who will charge a separate, reasonable fee.)

There is water in several locations in the north section of camping Lot A. If you're close enough, you can run hoses to fill your tanks. You need to run power washers off your water supply - please don't connect power washers to our water spigots (because it makes a lake in the middle of the camping lot).

The main gate will close overnight each night.  There will be no exceptions and no parking on the road near the track entrance.  Please plan your arrival time accordingly.   (Of course you’ll be able to leave overnight if you need to.)

Enjoy the professional fireworks show around 10:45 Saturday night.

Camping Lots

New for 2012: Lower priced camping spaces in both Lots A and B for vehilcles under 35' in length (including truck & trailer). See camping fees below.

Lot A
is for families and amateur racers. There's lots of level parking available in Lot A for large and small rigs. Lot A is open Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights. There is no camping available Sunday night.

Lot A Preferred is the lot between the night track and pro track, along the main road. We will sell a limited number of these spots in advance. In the event of wet conditions (like in 2011!), large rigs may not be able to access the Preferred spots. In this case, the extra fee paid for Preferred camping will be refunded at the track. Fee is $150 for a Preferred lot full space. 1/2 spaces are not available in this lot.

Lot B is more for the party crowd. You must be at least 18 years old to camp in Lot B. No race bikes in Lot B, so amateur racers must camp in Lot A (or leave your bike with a friend in Lot A). Lot B is open Friday and Saturday nights. If you'd like to come Wednesday or Thursday, you can get Lot B wristbands and camping sticker and park in a designated section of Lot A, and move to Lot B before 10am Friday.

Handicapped camping spaces are available in Lots A and B; let the parking staff know that you need one and what you'd like to be closest to.

We don't swap wristbands or stickers throughout the weekend. When you come in the gate the first time, you choose your camping lot for the weekend. Everyone in the vehicle gets a wristband for the same Lot ... either all Lot A or all Lot B. The wristbands match the vehicle's camping sticker.

Daily and Overnight Parking

Daily parking is available for all types of vehicles, including RVs with trailers, at no charge. Vehicles in daily parking lots must be removed within one hour after the last race on the night track Friday and Saturday nights. Vehicles left will be towed at owner's expense.

Overnight parking is available in Lot O for $30/car, ONLY for people who have already purchased a camping space and have an extra vehicle coming later (Dad's bringing the RV Wednesday and Mom's driving the car in Thursday, etc.). Lot O parking is near the front gate. You can't drive to the camping lots without buying a camping sticker, so make sure you pack everything in the RV before it leaves so you don't have to carry it. No RVs, no trailers of any kind in Lot O. No motorcycles in the back of pickup trucks in Lot O.

Camping & Weekend Rules and Info

No pit vehicles are allowed this weekend (no golf carts, Rhinos, quads, minibikes, etc.).
No fireworks.
No glass containers.

Small campfires are permitted.

Friendly pets are allowed in Lot A ONLY, in air conditioned campers ONLY. Your pet can't leave your campsite, and should be in the motorhome or camper except for potty breaks. But if you have the air conditioned RV to accommodate Spot, feel free to bring him. No pets in tent camping spots. We reserve the right to refuse entry to unfriendly and/or menacing pets - and we will!

To better enforce the NO FIREWORKS and NO GLASS CONTAINERS rules, all vehicles are subject to search by security staff. If any fireworks, glass containers or other prohibited items are found, you may remove them from the property yourself or we will dispose of them for you.

We will park you, as you arrive, in the next available space in the lot of your choice. You will not be able to save spots for people who will arrive later.

LOT A PASS HOLDERS MAY NOT ENTER LOT B at any time on Friday, or Saturday night after the races.
