WEEKEND INFORMATION

*All information below is subject to change at any time, but we do try to keep this page updated!

Getting In

There is one track entrance on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Sunday: Gate C on Redbud Trail. On Saturday there is a second entrance at Gate D on Main Street. You'll either pay for your tickets there, or exchange your printed advance ticket there. Don't remove the stub from your tickets! You'll need the whole ticket to enter the pro track area. If you come for more than one day, you'll get a wristband instead of a ticket.

All campers must enter at Gate C. There is no access to the camping lots from Gate D.

After you park, you'll walk through either Gate 2 or 4 to enter the pro track area. You'll need to show the staff there your wristband, or give them your ticket and they'll tear off the stub.

You can bring coolers with food and drinks, but no glass containers, please. You can take coolers into the pro track area, just not in bleachers or grandstands.

Where to sit, and how to watch the races.

There are several choices. The race track surrounds a grassy spectator infield. You can sit there in the grass or bring a blanket or lawn chair. There's free general admission bleacher seating at the ski jump (on the infield), and at LaRocco's Leap (outside the track).

There are reserved seating grandstands in the center of the infield near the announcers tower. The seats are $5 each and are yours for the day. This is a nice option if you need a "home base" for your group to check in occasionally. Top row seats are $30 each but are not for sale at this time. If they are available, they will be included in the online advance sale list. Seats are also on sale at 7am Saturday at the grandstands.

We don't allow canopies (EZ Ups, etc.) in the infield. If you'd like to use one, you can set it up outside of the pro track.

Another option is Track Outfield Parking, which is our version of tailgating. You can drive in Gate 1 to park near the south section of the pro track, or Gate 3 to park in the LaRocco's Leap area. This is a good option for people with lots of supplies in the car (baby bags, coolers, etc.) so you don't have to drag all that around with you. Cost is $25/car. People generally line up for their favorite spots at 6am Saturday, but there are usually parking spaces available right up until the races start. Be sure to line up for whichever gate you want; you can't drive back and forth from one to the other.

Handicap Access

Handicap parking is available on the west side of the main vending area (north of the starting line); enter at Gate 6. This is the closest parking to the pro track infield ... you can get there through the tunnels under the finish line jump. The first row of the grandstands at the center of the infield is reserved for handicap fans and and a guest (at no charge). The grandstands sit on concrete, right at the track fence at the Monza Wall, next to the announcers tower.

There are also handicap porta-potties in the grandstand area.

Food and restrooms

Most people don't like to carry food and drinks around all day. There are several concession stands available. Many are located along the main vending area as you walk through Gate 4 toward the track. There are some on the pro track infield, and others just outside the infield. There are tunnels in several locations that let you walk under the race track to leave or enter the infield.

Especially for the ladies, there are restroom trailers located just inside Gate 4 along the main vending road (near the 3 big water tanks), and in the center of the infield on the south side. These have Women's and Men's sides. There are also porta-potties in the vending areas and outside the infield wherever there are tunnels to walk through.

Souvenirs

One of the coolest things about attending a national motocross event is checking out the products for sale and on display in the vending areas. The series sponsors love to showcase their products for you and have some great ways of doing so. Most people like to pick up a Moto Tees event t-shirt, and there are lots of other items available if you're in the shopping mood.

Special Attractions

Saturday night fireworks at approximately 10:45. What's Independence Day weekend without a great fireworks show?

Helicopter Rides Friday and Saturday. It's a great ride, and a one-of-a-kind view of Redbud. If you're interested, Buzz and Julie of Bolton Air are easy to find!
