Throttle Jockey Grass Race Weekend

50cc Jr. and Sr. classes will be on the KTM Kids track as usual Sunday.

FRIDAY
Gates open 6pm Friday.
Gate fee $20 for all racers, and for spectators age 12 & up.

SATURDAY
Open Riding Saturday from 10am - 5pm, Pro Track & KTM Kids Track open.
Gate fee $15 until 6pm; then it goes to $10.

Not staying for Sunday? You can get a $10 refund if you paid for Sunday and you leave Saturday before 11pm. Your wristband must be on for a refund.

Registration for Open Riding opens at 8am.
Registration for Sunday's race opens at 2pm Saturday - get signed up for Sunday racing and avoid the Sunday early morning lines!

REGISTRATION FEES
Saturday Open Riding fee is $25 at registration.
Sunday race fee is $30 per class; XR classes are $10 each.

SUNDAY
All racing is on the grass track and KTM Kids Track (50 track).
Nothing on the pro track Sunday.
50 Jr. & Sr. classes race on the KTM Kids Track.
Signup 7am, practice 8:30am, racing immediately after practice.
XR Qualifiers and Finals Sunday.

XR class rules:
Single Shock and Twin Shock classes.
Mods are allowed, but bikes must have XR 75 or XR 80 engine and frame.
Must have standard XR wheel sizes.

GLMX Mideast Championship Series points.
Gate fee = $10; Sign Up fee = $30/class.

New to the grass race and wondering exactly what it is? It's a regular, 2-moto MX format. We use the pro track starting line, go over the ski jump (sometimes backwards), then most of the track is off to the right of the ski jump toward the trees and vineyards. It's a Euro-style motocross track: rough, gnarly natural terrain.
